Our Awesome Gardening Club students are working hard on growing our own vegetables and plants. We just had our very first harvest of some yummy healthy radishes.
We even found a bird’s nest while weeding one of the planters. Of course, we will not disturb this habitat and hope the Mother bird will return soon to help the chicks hatch.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank London Children’s Flower Society for their generous donation of gardening equipment like planters, watering cans, gardening gloves, seeds, compost, and tools. To have a garden they can grow (with), truly makes a difference to some of our SEN students.
