Dear Parents/Carers,
The TCS Mini London Marathon is taking place on Saturday 20th April 2024 and LAB pupils have the opportunity to take part.
This is not a trip; it is an external opportunity that we would like to offer to your child. They will be expected to make their own way to/from the event, accompanied by an adult, and are not required to wear their PE uniform (any comfortable sportswear is recommended).
Date: Saturday 20th April 2024
Time: 9:15am Arrival; 10:00am Race Time
Location: The start area is Horse Guards Parade (What3Words location: ///aims.taps.phones). The nearest station is Charing Cross.

After the event, the Collection Area is located in St James’s Park on the south side of The Mall, opposite Marlborough Road (What3Words location: ///trades.grants.roofs). Your child must be collected from here by the adult responsible for them (you are required to tear off and show the collection strip that’s attached to your child’s bib, in order to collect them).
If you would like for your child to take advantage of this opportunity, please complete the Google Forms link below by Friday 29th March 2024 (this Friday). Should your child be successful in securing a place, a confirmation SMS/email will be sent to you and a bib/wristband will be given to them after the Easter holidays in preparation for the event.
