Odd Socks Day – Friday 18th November

Dear Parents/Carers,

On Friday 18th November, as part of National Anti-Bullying week, we are inviting students to wear odd socks.

This is an initiative promoted by the Anti-Bullying Alliance, the UK’s leading anti-bullying charity, and designed to promote and celebrate our many differences.

Throughout the week, we will also be devoting a range of tutor time and extracurricular activities to anti-bullying, whilst encouraging students to celebrate our diverse and inclusive school community.

If students wish to, they may choose to donate £1. This will be donated to the Anti-Bullying Alliance, and should be paid via Parent Pay.

Please note that footwear worn by students on odd socks day must remain appropriate for school.

Thank you for your continuous support.

Yours sincerely,

Mrs E Smith

Principal
