World Book Day 2026

Seven adults smiling together indoors, all wearing large, colorful cardboard cutouts of Mr. Men and Little Miss characters over black clothing.

Staff and students at Leigh Academy Blackheath enjoyed another fantastic celebration of World Book Day today.

It was great to see so many amazing literary characters around the academy and to celebrate the creativity of our students and the joy and power of reading.
